Brooke Kramer, a financial aid officer with Argosy University in Salt Lake City, talks about how to find a Canadian scholarship.
It’s the same way as you find a scholarship in America. You’re pretty much going to go to first contact your financial aid officer at the Canadian University and they should be able to hook you up with their private scholarships available through the university, as well as connect you with local community organizations and offer scholarships.
You will also want to make yourself eligible for these scholarships and the best way to do that is to start early and get started in leadership activities, completing lots of community service activities, as well as maintaining a high grade point average to help you qualify for as many as possible.
You might also want to research essay since many scholarships require that you complete an essay and when you do complete an essay you want to make sure it’s very tight concise and that you’re using good grammar.
